Banana Flavoured Chocolate Cake

It looks like a chocolate cake but it has a tinge of banana flavour. Real bananas are mashed and used in this recipe. I also added a few drops of banana essence as the real bananas were not really ripe and flavourful enough.. taste turned out fine though :)

These are really yummy! The pink one is watermelon-flavoured ice cream with loackers and the one next to it is chocolate hersheys with maltesers!

I had the watermelon-flavoured one and no regrets! it blends well with loackers too :)

Chocolate "Fudge" Cake

This is the so-called "fudge" cake that I made the last time... It's not exactly fudge.. it's just a chocolate cake.. I left the cake in the fridge the other time and it turned out a little fudgey..

Made these for my company's chalet last weekend... Couldn't find any other boxes, so since they all fit so nicely in the Korean Ginseng Box, so, there you have it :) haha..

Looks like carrot on "soil"... It's actually chocolate muffins.. limited stocks! only ten available.. and i ate one.. -_-

also, made banana cake but didn't turn out well 'cause the bananas were not ripe enough.. i still think chocolate muffins are a more popular choice.. will make more next time.. :)
