Arrowhead - wash and rinse |
Use a small knife and shave off the skin of each bulb |
Get a slicer ready |
Slice the bulbs thinly |
Deep fry over small fire |
My first time frying arrowhead by myself.. super time-consuming.. and super heaty! it's no wonder why that small bottle of chips is retailing for so much in shops.. the cost of doing this is not expensive but the time and effort spent is kinda beyond words (to me at least!)..
