Chocolate "Fudge" Cake

This is the so-called "fudge" cake that I made the last time... It's not exactly fudge.. it's just a chocolate cake.. I left the cake in the fridge the other time and it turned out a little fudgey..

Carrot Top

Made these for my company's chalet last weekend... Couldn't find any other boxes, so since they all fit so nicely in the Korean Ginseng Box, so, there you have it :) haha..

Looks like carrot on "soil"... It's actually chocolate muffins.. limited stocks! only ten available.. and i ate one.. -_-

hehe.. sorry folks, i was hungry..

also, made banana cake but didn't turn out well 'cause the bananas were not ripe enough.. i still think chocolate muffins are a more popular choice.. will make more next time.. :)

Got this brownie recipe more than a couple years back.. Finally got to try it today..

I haven't tried it yet.. but apparantly, my dad felt that it's quite sweet.. expected.. i should have cut down on the sugar.. :P

Nutella Roll

My sis recently bought this for us to try. It's like a 9" swiss roll filled generously with nutella. If you love nutella, you'll like this. What you see is what you get.. it's a thin layer of sponge cake wrapped with nutella.. and the person just only used cling wrap to hold the thing together.. It costs 6 bucks a roll. hmm..
