Walnut Cake

Doesn't look like your typical slice of walnut cake.. It's ultra spongy.. think my mixer is too powerful.. my egg whites beat until quite high..

taste test results: not too bad.. very 香...

Chocolate Muffins + Pandan Cake

almost couldn't fit the pandan cake into the cake box.. anyway, YM, i finally remembered and found the time to bake it.. how much are you going to pay me??? haha...

Chocolate "Hum" Muffins

I feel a little itchy looking at this picture.. the chocolate chips above are kinda overwhelming.. hehe..

sis said it looks like ants, krista said it looks like those "hum" growing on rocks in the sea.. i find the latter description more fitted hence, i present to you CHOCOLATE "HUM" MUFFINS!!! :P

Banana Flavoured Chocolate Cake

It looks like a chocolate cake but it has a tinge of banana flavour. Real bananas are mashed and used in this recipe. I also added a few drops of banana essence as the real bananas were not really ripe and flavourful enough.. taste turned out fine though :)

Ice Cream Chefs

These are really yummy! The pink one is watermelon-flavoured ice cream with loackers and the one next to it is chocolate hersheys with maltesers!

I had the watermelon-flavoured one and no regrets! it blends well with loackers too :)

Hey YM, if you ever go pune, chennai, bangalore, mumbai, etc.. try to see if you can get this! my cousin got it from India.. taste kinda spicy.. worth trying :)
