I used the yuzu chiffon cake recipe to make this.. replaced the yuzu jam with raspberry preserve instead.. result -- soft and spongy chiffon with a light raspberry taste.. NICE!

Yuzu Chiffon Cake
A rather fragrant cake with a mild yuzu taste.. texture is light and fluffy.. feeds 8 to 12 pax (depending on how big you cut each portion!)
